Hawai'i County officials have released the identities of three men who died in recent motor vehicle accidents:

• Steven L. Carvalho, 29, of Kailua, Kona, died Friday of injuries from a motor vehicle/motorcycle crash at the intersection of Kuakini Highway and Hualalai Road in Kailua, Kona.

• Gilbert J. Ransley, 61, of Kealakekua, died last week from injuries received when he was trying to push a pickup truck from a driveway to a public roadway on Kealaola Street in Kealakekua and the truck rolled over him.

• Jason Snell, 34, of Kailua, Kona, died Feb. 3 of injuries from in a motor vehicle/moped crash on Ali'i Drive by Magic Sands Beach.
