The Asian American Journalists Association's Hawai'i chapter will host a free panel session featuring local television and newspaper reporters and anchors who covered President Obama's inauguration in Washington, D.C.

The panel is scheduled for Monday at the University of Hawai'i's Hemenway Hall Theatre at 6 p.m. The event is free, but donations will be accepted.

Panelists will share their experiences of covering the historical event, from the logistics of travel and dealing with the weather, to developing story angles and meeting deadlines.
