A luxury resort home owned by singer and actor Cher at the Hualalai Resort will be sold through an auction on Jan. 18.

Concierge Auctions, a real estate auction firm specializing in sales of high-end properties, said it had been selected to auction off the 8,821-square foot residence.
The property features a main residence with an Infinity pool overlooking the Hualalai Golf Course and ocean along with four bungalow living suites and a media bungalow.
The house was completed this month and was listed for sale by Rob Kildow of Hualalai Realty. A Web site has been set up for the sale at www.cherhawaiiauction.com.
