Alexander & Baldwin Inc. has sold a California shopping center, bringing commercial property sales proceeds this year to more than $100 million for the local company.

A&B did not disclose a sales price for the 104,600 square-foot neighborhood shopping center in the Southern California resort community of Indian Wells. A&B bought the property called The Village at Indian Wells in 1997 for $13 million.
Norbert Buelsing, president of A&B’s real estate division, said the sale price was favorable.
