Lenore Klass of Koloa, Kaua'i, is the Hawai'i representative for the 2010 Pillsbury Bake-Off for which the grand prize is $1 million plus high-end cooking appliances.

Klass' entry, in the Sweet Treats category, is Banana-Peanut Butter Cream Tart, making it eligible also for a Jif Award.
Entrants are required to make use of products from sponsoring food companies.
The 100 finalists representing 36 states will compete April 11-13 in the 60th anniversary challenge at the Waldorf-Astoria Orlando and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek hotel in Orlando, Fla.
Besides the grand prize, there are three recipe category winners and special awards for innovative use of various products and kitchen equipment.
