Mayor topping Honolulu Christmas tree
With the help of a cherry picker, Mayor Mufi Hannemann will cap the city’s Christmas tree on the front lawn of Honolulu Hale during the annual tree topping ceremony at 2 p.m. today.
The city also acknowledged the Co-Cathedral of Saint Theresa Church in Honolulu for the 50-foot Norfolk pine at the center of the displays surrounding Honolulu Hale.
