A 20-year-old Pearl City man was arrested yesterday after police reported finding him in the midst of burglarizing a home in Manoa.

Police said the man had entered the home without permission and was searching for items to take when he was interrupted by officers who had been sent to the home.
The man was able to run from the house but was found later in the day and arrested about 11:15 a.m. on suspicion of first-degree burglary.
