HPD to bless new ‘Chief’s Office’ exhibit
The Honolulu Police Department’s newest exhibit will be blessed and officially opened tomorrow at 2 p.m.
“The Chief’s Office” features memorabilia from past chiefs, including Chief Francis Keala, Chief Lee Donohue, Chief Michael Nakamura, and Chief Boisse Correa along with historic photographs of all of the former chiefs. The exhibit is part of the HPD museum, located on the first floor of the main station at 801 S. Beretania St.
Immediately following the blessing at 2:30 p.m., Correa will be honored at an Aloha Ceremony on the front steps of the police station.
