There are some things that go hand-in-hand with summer: mango season, graduation, camping trips and beach barbecues.

As summer draws to a close, we'd like to share your favorite summer moments this year. Did Grandma finally pass down that secret family recipe — and did the youngest pull it off in the kitchen? Did you learn to stand-up paddle? Go on a great camp-out with friends?

Tell us in 50 words or less: What did you do and why was it so special? We also welcome photos, original prints or high-resolution digital images, which may appear in print or online. We'll publish our favorite stories and photos in an upcoming issue.
