The far right lane of Kapiolani Boulevard near Ward Avenue was briefly closed this morning as city crews worked to fix a dangling street sign.

One of the hangers on the large “Ward Ave.” sign attached to the traffic light broke, leaving the sign hanging at a precipitous angle.
