NFL: Rookies White, Clemons sign with Dolphins

DAVIE, Fla. — Quarterback Pat White has signed with the Miami Dolphins, and the team has all of its draft picks under contract for the start of training camp.
The Dolphins announced the signing of White, a second-round pick from West Virginia, and fifth-round choice Chris Clemons shortly before the first practice Sunday. They were the only remaining unsigned draft choices.
Clemons is a safety from Clemson. White is expected to be groomed for a role in the Wildcat package that revived the Dolphins’ offense last year.
Miami released guard J.D. Quinn and placed tight end Jared Bronson on the reserve-did not report list.
