The Maui Photo Festival and Workshops, Sept. 16 through 20 at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, will explore the way digital photography has changed the craft and bring together famed photographers as workshop leaders.

The festival will include a blend of classroom sessions, location shoots, real-world assignments, hands-on photo excursions and a photo competition for amateurs and professionals, as well. Eacah evening, there will be outdoor big-screen photo shows and talk-story sessions with presenters.
