NFL draft: Redskins sign QB Chase Daniel to free-agent deal

Colt Brennan will have familiar company.
Missouri quarterback Chase Daniel, who, along with Brennan, were Heisman Trophy finalists two seasons ago, signed a free-agent deal with the Washington Redskins last night.
Brennan was a sixth-round draft pick in last year's NFL draft. Daniel went undrafted in this past weekend's NFL draft.
Brennan played behind starter Jason Campbell and veteran Todd Collins last season.
