The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for the entire state from noon tomorrow to 6 p.m. Friday.

Weather conditions will develop over the Islands tomorrow and Friday, destabilizing the atmosphere, according to the watch information.

Moisture lingering near the Islands from a passing cold front will supply low-level moisture which could combine with the upper-level instability producing heavy rain that could result in flash flooding, the weather service said.
