Big Island police seek public's help in finding three fugitives

Hawai'i County police are asking the public's help in finding three men.
The three were featured on the department's Crime Stoppers program "Hawaii Island's Most Wanted."
They are:
— Marciano Dennis Samana, 34, who is wanted for jumping bail and for a grand jury indictment for promoting dangerous drugs.
Samana is 5 feet 10, 280 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
— Norbert Thomas Burke, 48, who is wanted for jumping bail, violating terms of release on bail, contempt of court and failure to appear in court. Police also have an all-points bulletin out for him in connection with a theft.
Burke is 6 feet, 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
— Michael David Negrini, 51, who is wanted on six warrants, including two for assaulting a police officer.
Negrini is 5 feet 11, 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information about the wanted persons to call the police department's non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo and 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers calls are kept confidential. Crime Stoppers does not tape record phone calls or subscribe to caller ID.
"Hawaii Island's Most Wanted" is a project of Crime Stoppers Hilo Inc., which is a partnership of the business community, the media and the police. It was inspired by the national TV show "America's Most Wanted."
The program airs on Na Leo O Hawai'i Community Television Channel 54 on Sundays at 5 p.m. and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. It also airs intermittently on Channel 53.
