'Shrek' animator gives lecture at KCC tonight

Animator Tom Hester will give a lecture, "Shrekology: The History of an Ogre" — a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the Shrek character through the history of the DreamWorks animated films — at 7 p.m. today in OHIA 118 at Kapiolani Community College.
Shrek won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2001.
