Coast Guard pilot's rites at Arlington

Capt. Thomas G. Nelson, a Coast Guard rescue helicopter pilot killed in a crash in Honolulu on Sept. 4, 2008, will be laid to rest with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery on April 17.
Nelson, of Staten Island, N.Y., was one of four crew members who died when a Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin rescue helicopter went down in the ocean five miles off Honolulu airport during a training flight.
Nelson was 42.
He is survived by wife, Victoria, of Honolulu; children, Manuel, Richard, Adriana and Aurora-Jean; mother, Katherine L. DiGuiseppi of New Port Richey, Fla.; father, James F. Nelson Sr. of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; grandfather, Edward G. Nelson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
