Make a Splash kids fest will close part of street
The Kaua'i Department of Water will host its fifth annual Make a Splash festival for fifth-graders at the Pua Loke Arboretum tomorrow.
A section of Pua Loke Street, from Haleko Road to Kaumuali'i Highway, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the festival
