Emergency responders have been sent to a possible pedestrian accident at 45-1001 Kamehameha Highway in Kane'ohe fronting the Bank of Hawaii building.

According to preliminary reports from the scene, a 75-year-old woman appears to have been struck by a vehicle.

Emergency crews were sent out on the call shortly after 9:30 a.m.
