A&B promotes two at its real estate subsidiary

Alexander & Baldwin Inc. announced two promotions at its real estate subsidiary, A&B Properties Inc., following a reorganization of top company management announced in late August.

Richard B. Stack Jr. has been promoted from vice president of development to senior vice president of development. Stack, who has been with A&B since 1998, reports to Paul W. Hallin, who as executive vice president of development is responsible for overall development activities.

David I. Haverly has been promoted from vice president of leasing to senior vice president of leasing. Haverly, who has been with A&B since 1999, reports to Norb Buelsing, who was named president of A&B Properties as part of management changes announced in August that took effect Oct. 1.

A&B said the two latest promotions also were effective Oct. 1.
