Gusting trade winds return to forecast

Winds gusting up to 18 mph today are leading the way for the return of trade winds expected to strengthen tonight and remain at moderate to locally fresh levels into Friday, the National Weather Service said.
Clouds and showers will favor windward and mauka areas again.
