Crash barrier replacement to delay west-bound H-1 traffic

A single, west-bound lane of the H-1 Freeway will be closed from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at the North-South Road Bypass so that a device to minimize traffic crash impacts can be replaced.
The device, called a "crash attenuator," was damaged during the weekend, state Department of Transportation officials said.
