A celebration of the life of Percy Anzai, formerly of Honolulu, who died Nov. 25, 2007, will be held at the Hale Koa Hotel at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

For five years in the 1970s, Anzai produced the Beauty Page in the Sunday Advertiser's TV Week section. She was the owner of Trendsetters Beauty College and beauty salons in the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Sheraton Waikiki and Kahala Mall.

She was born in Vauxhall, Alberta, Canada, and is survived by husband, Toki; son, Matthew; brother, Waldemar Eklof; and three grandchildren.
