World Series champion Shane Victorino is making a public appearance in Hawai'i next week at Lahaina Cannery Mall for the grand opening of Hawaiian Island Creations surf shop.

Victorino, a center fielder for the 2008 World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies, will greet fans and sign autographs at center stage from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday.

The first 300 children will receive an autographed photo of the Gold Glove Award winner courtesy of HIC.
