Big Island police arrest student for Internet threat

A 25-year-old University of Hawai'i-Hilo student was arrested today for investigation of terroristic threatening after posting a perceived threatening message on a Web site, police said.
The exact wording of the posting has not been released, as the investigation is ongoing, police said. Administrators contacted police after learning of the posting. The student was taken from his classroom on campus by police and arrested. He is being held in police cellblock, pending additional investigation.
