A Wai'anae man was charged with 37 counts of sex assault in an indictment returned earlier this week by an O'ahu grand jury.

John Daniel Kenn, 54, is accused of 10 counts of first-degree sex assault, 15 counts of second-degree sex assault, nine counts of third-degree sex assault and three counbts of fourth-degree sex assault on a female over a 10-year period. Kenn's bail is $200,000.
