McLachlin shoots 73, six shots back at PGA's AT&T Classic

Honolulu's Parker McLachlin shot a 1-over-par 73 today and was six shots behind leader Charles Howell III after the third round of the AT&T Classic at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, Ga.
McLachlin was tied for 14th at 7-under 209. Kane'ohe's Dean Wilson shot a 74 and was tied for 69th at 2 over 218.
Howell shot a 67 for a 13-under 203 and a one shot lead over Kenny Perry (69).
McLachlin, who began the round four shots off the lead, had bogeys on the par-5 No. 4 and par-4 No. 7 to make the turn at 38. He birdied the par-5 No. 18.
The final round is scheduled for tomorrow.
