Angel Sanchez is a New York designer known for his knock-out evening attire. His runway looks feature elegant silhouettes, sumptuous fabrics and drop-dead jewel tones. On Sunday, he will partner with Tiffany & Co. for informal modeling at a luncheon being held to honor Tiffany Circle Society Leaders. These are women who give generously of their time and talents to various non-profit community organizations in our Islands.

The luncheon, a fundraiser for the Hawai'i Red Cross, will be held at noon Sunday in the Ballroom at the Halekulani. Entertainment will by provided by the Honolulu Symphony String Quartet and Jordan Segundo. Tickets cost $200 and can be purchased by e-mailing tiffanycircle@hawaiiredcross.org or by calling 739-8151.

NEW AT ALA MOANA

Two new accessories stores have just opened in Ala Moana Center.

Anteprima/ Plastiq, which opened its first U.S. flagship boutique in Waikiki in December 2006, is in the mall level of the new retail concourse. Its signature Wirebags fuse contemporary materials with traditional Japanese craftsmanship. They are manufactured in Italy, cleverly hand-knitted with PVC cord. The effect is light and airy, often with feminine floral motifs. In honor of the store's opening, Anteprima/ Plastiq has introduced "Fiori di Loto Hawaii," inspired by our floral lei.

Swatch watches are known for their innovative designs and wide range of prices, with 300 new styles launching each year. Now they will be more available than ever, with a 480-square-foot store opening Sunday on the street level of Ala Moana Center. The store will carry Swatch Originals, the original plastic watch; Swatch Irony, the durable stainless-steel collection; Swatch Skin, called the world's thinnest watch at 3.9 mm thick; Flik Flak, the kids line; and Swatch Bijoux, the company's fashion jewelry line.

ROSALINA AND PIANEGONDA AT NEIMAN

Rosalina is a fearless jewelry designer. Whatever strikes her fancy, she turns into a piece of wearable art. From elephants to insects, nothing is too bold or weird for her to interpret. Her imagination takes the natural characteristics of flora or fauna and fashions them into a highly individualized artform. She'll be making a personal appearance 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and tomorrow in the precious jewels salon at Neiman Marcus Ala Moana.

Italian jewelry designer Franco Pianegonda is traveling all the way from Vicenza, Italy, for his first public appearance at Neiman Marcus Ala Moana, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday. Pianegonda is known for the precision and innovation of his luxury line of jewelry for men and women. He uses silver, gold, white and black diamonds and precious and semi-precious stones in his collections, which he says are inspired by art and emotion. Among his collections are "Love Sick Mania," "Confusion" and "Pure Love."

LANIKAI BATH & BODY MOVES ALONG

Lanikai Bath & Body will be in a new location as of Monday. Although they're still in Kailua, they have shut down the store at 767 Kailua Road and moved around the corner to the Kailua Shopping Center, between Manuheali'i and Morning Brew.
