HPU baseball falls to San Francisco State

Nick Nyman was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded and one out in the bottom of the ninth, lifting San Francisco State to a 6-5 victory over Hawai'i Pacific today in a non-conference game.
Bobby Carini hit a three-run homer and reliever Aaron Laux allowed one hit in three scoreless innings for San Francisco State (7-24).
Danny Lee and Andrew Sramek hit two-run singles for the Sea Warriors (23-12).
