In observance of Prince Kuhio Day, County of Kaua'i offices will be closed Wednesday, along with all refuse transfer stations and the Kaua'i Resource Center. Residential refuse pick-up will continue as scheduled. Normal hours of operation will also be maintained at the Kekaha Landfill and Puhi Metals Recycling Center.

The Kaua'i Bus will be operating on a modified schedule on Prince Kuhio Day as well as on all other county holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
