Surf along north-facing shores on O'ahu is expected to be 8 feet to 12 feet today, the National Weather Service said.

Elsewhere, the surf is expected to be 4 feet to 8 feet today along west-facing shores and 1 foot to 3 feet along south- and east-facing shores.

The current moderate northwest swell will peak tonight then gradually subside through the weekend. Another moderate swell is expected on Monday.
