Series of UH football camps on schedule

The University of Hawai'i football team is conducting a series of camps next month.
The kids camp (ages 5-12) is July 12 to 13.
The skills camp (13 and older) is July 15 to 18. This camp is for wide receivers, defensive backs, quarterbacks, running backs and tight ends.
The big man's camp (13 and older) is July 21 to 23. This camp is for offensive linemen and defensive linemen.

Also, Hawai'i Speed and Quickness has sessions tomorrow and Sunday.
The fee is $10 per session, and it is open to all ages. Sessions are 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

VOLUNTEERS SOUGHT FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS

TENNIS
ISLAND TEAMS CAPTURE USTA LEAGUE TITLES
Three men's and three women's senior teams captured titles and advanced to USTA League National Championships this week.
In women's play, the Hilo Gurlz (3.0), Wailuku Wild Wahine (3.5) and Senior Moments (4.0) won titles. In men's play, Net Worth (3.0), Clean Sweep (3.5) and KRC (4.0) captured crowns.
The championships were played on the Big Island. The teams now advance to their national tournaments.
The 3.0 event will be Oct. 31 to Nov. 2 in Las Vegas; 3.5 will be Oct. 24 to 26 at Indian Wells, Calif.; and 4.0 will be Oct. 17 to 19 at Indian Wells.
POLO
'BATTLE IN THE SADDLE' SET FOR FATHER'S DAY
The Hawai'i Polo Club will hold an intra-squad competition Sunday at the polo grounds on O'ahu's North Shore in Mokule'ia.
The "Battle in the Saddle" will begin at 2 p.m.
Gates open at 11:30 a.m. and tickets are $8 for general admission.
