NFL: Bills LT Peters absent for start of mandatory camp
Associated Press
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Pro Bowl left tackle Jason Peters is a no-show at the start of the Buffalo Bills' mandatory three-day minicamp.
Peters also missed all 13 of the team's voluntary sessions over the past month, the lone Bills player who didn't attend at least one practice.
Bills officials have not discussed the reasons for Peters' absence, but had previously said they expected him to attend the mandatory camp. Neither Peters nor his agent was available for comment Wednesday.
If not excused by the team, Peters could face team fines for failing to attend a mandatory camp.
