Two repeat offenders were among 11 people charged with drunken driving from 11:25 p.m. Wednesday to 3:05 a.m. Thursday.

The repeat offenders — Troy D. Balmoja, 46, and Larry Tomita, 55 — were released after posting $1,000 bail apiece for operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant.

Of the nine first-time offenders charged, one was under the legal drinking age.
