The Marine Corps Base Hawai'i will host the annual Swamp Romp on Feb. 23 at the base's Boondocker Field. The event starts at 7 a.m.

Teams of six people will get the chance to compete on the base's 5-mile obstacle course that will cover terrain from mud to sand to the ocean. Teams must cross the finish line together or face a time penalty.

The six-person teams will be categorized by age and gender, with coed teams are also included.

The entry fee for teams is $120 before Feb. 15. After that date, the cost is $138.
