Kauai police identify dead man found at park

Kaua'i police today identified the homeless man found dead yesterday at Hofgard Park in Waimea as Kenneth Sampson, 47.
Sampson was found under a picnic bench by a passer-by. There were no visible signs of injuries, police said.
