LaTech women roll over Hawaii, 90-53

The University of Hawai'i women's basketball team completed a two-game road trip yesterday with its worst loss in two years.
JoKeirra Sneed scored 20 points and four other Louisiana Tech players reached double figures in a 90-53 victory over Hawai'i at Ruston, La.
Louisiana Tech improved to 10-10 overall and 4-3 in the Western Athletic Conference. Hawai'i, coming off an 18-point loss at New Mexico State on Thursday, dropped to 8-13 and 2-6.
It was the Rainbow Wahine's worst loss since a 91-52 defeat to Louisiana Tech on March 4, 2006. Last season, Hawai'i won in Ruston for the first time in history, 60-59.
Hawai'i's Megan Tinnin scored all 15 of her points on 3-pointers yesterday. Tara Hittle, who also plays volleyball, had six points and nine rebounds in 27 minutes.
Nastassja Levingston scored 13, Tarkeisha Wysinger and Shanavia Dowdell each had 11, and Adrienne Johnson added 10 for Louisiana Tech.
Hawai'i will return home to play Utah State Thursday. It will be the first of a four-game homestand.
