Having trouble getting your kids to eat? It's common for kids to be picky, and as long as they meet nutritional guidelines within a week, there's no need to worry about when they eat and what. The Mayo Clinic suggests you respect your children's hunger, or lack thereof. If they're not hungry, don't force them to eat. It's not healthy to force your children to clean their plates.
