2 men dead on Big Isle after being swept to sea

Two men drowned on the Big Island yesterday after being swept into the ocean by a large wave, the Hawai'i County Fire Department reported.
Rescue crews found the men floating face down in the water about 250 yards off Kapoho Lighthouse, in the Big Island's Puna District, at about noon.
A helicopter was used to recover the bodies of the men, who were not identified.
