Actor Jason Scott Lee, no stranger to providing his voice to animated films, has agreed to collaborate on "strange frame: Love & Sax," an animated sci-fi feature film from the Big Island, with Island Planet One Productions, LLC.
Lee, who lives on the Big Island, voiced the role of Kawika in Disney's Hawai'i-influenced "Lilo & Stitch." He also has starred in more than 20 features, including "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" and "Timecop 2."
"strange frame: Love & Sax," the creation of animator GB Hajim and musician Shelley Doty, will be a 100-minute 2-D and 3-D feature, scheduled for theatrical release in 2009.
