The legislative committee of the 'Ewa Neighborhood Board will discuss details of the city Department of Planning and Permitting's draft 'Ewa Development Plan at the 'Ewa Beach Public and School Library at 7 p.m. tonight.

The document, which is reviewed by the city every five years, is designed to be a guide for public policy, infrastructure investment and land-use decisions for the 'Ewa region. Public comment on the draft, which came out last month, is due Jan. 30.

Some community members have raised concerns about overdevelopment and traffic.
