The sixth annual Hapa Haole Hula & Music Festival is set for Sept. 13 at the Kapi'olani Park bandstand.

The free event kicks off at noon, immediately following the Aloha Week Parade.

Award-winning halau and musicians will perform "hapa haole music" — songs with Hawaiian themes composed in English.
