The Portland Trail Blazers announced that all-star guard Brandon Roy will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery today to repair a tear in the meniscus of his left knee.
A Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) taken Tuesday revealed the tear in the meniscus.
