Nine North Shore artists will showcase their work at an art exhibit beginning with a reception from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 19 at the Waialua Public Library, 67-068 Kealohanui St.

The display will feature photography, jewelry, oil pastels, watercolors, oil/acrylics, gicle and marine debris art. The pieces will be for sale, and the artists will donate 10 percent of sales to the Friends of Waialua Library that is sponsoring the event.

Residents will be able to meet the artists and enjoy pupu.
