The 11 seniors in the University of Hawai'i-Manoa Apparel Product Design and Merchandising program decided to "Go Green!" as part of their annual senior fashion show. The designers present a garment in each of three categories (Around the World, Barbie, Go Green), as well as a unified collection of five or six creations that convey their style. We took a look at what these creative designers did with trash. The assignment required their garments and accessories to be crafted from recycled junk such as trash bags, soft-drink cans and bubble wrap.
