NBA: Cavs' Pavlovic to miss 1st round of playoffs
Associated Press
CLEVELAND — Cavaliers swingman Sasha Pavlovic will miss at least the first round of the playoffs with a sprained ankle.
Pavlovic injured his left ankle in the third quarter of Monday night's 91-90 win at Philadelphia. He's expected to miss two to three weeks.
It's been a lost year for Pavlovic, who started the season with a contract holdout, missed 23 games with a sprained left foot, was benched recently and had just returned to the starting lineup in place of the struggling Wally Szczerbiak.
Pavlovic averaged 7.4 points and shot 36 percent from the floor in 51 games, including 45 starts.
