Demand for seats at a May 2 concert by Grammy-winner Jason Mraz — whose latest hit is "I'm Yours" — has prompted a venue change: from the (sold-out) Blaisdell Concert Hall to the larger Waikiki Shell.

Those who already have tickets need to exchange them for similar reserved seating, beginning Saturday at the point of purchase (call 877-750-4400, go to www.ticketmaster.com or visit the outlet where orders were placed). The deadline to switch seats or get a refund is April 26.

At 9 a.m. Saturday, general admission tickets for the Shell show will go on sale for $25. Reserved seats will go on sale after Blaisdell tickets are reassigned.

CONAN'S STALKER PLEADS GUILTY

NEW YORK — A priest accused of stalking Conan O'Brien pleaded guilty yesterday to disorderly conduct.

The Rev. David Ajemian, 46, admitted in Manhattan Criminal Court that he sent letters and DVDs to the talk-show host's home and office, and "I also sent mail to the home of Mr. O'Brien's parents." Judge Rita Mella ordered Ajemian to pay a $95 court charge and stay away from O'Brien for at least two years.

The Catholic priest said as he left court that he plans to return to Boston "and I hope to return to ministry duties."

He was arrested while trying to enter a studio taping of "Late Night With Conan O'Brien" despite a ban by the network's security personnel.

BRAXTON CANCELS LAS VEGAS SHOW

LAS VEGAS — Toni Braxton canceled her Las Vegas show after being hospitalized overnight with chest pains.

The cause of the 40-year-old's chest pain Monday night was not determined, said a Flamingo Las Vegas hotel spokeswoman, who added that the six-time Grammy winner has been treated in the past for pericarditis, a viral inflammation of the heart.

LOHAN BEING SUED BY EX-BODYGUARD

LOS ANGELES — A man who says he worked as a bodyguard for Lindsay Lohan has sued the actress and her company, claiming he is owed more than $55,000 in unpaid wages. David Kim filed suit Monday claiming he is owed $4,000 a week for two weeks of 24-hour personal security, and $2,800 a week for 17 weeks of evening duty up to March 2007.

ROB LOWE SUES NANNIES, CHEF

LOS ANGELES — Rob Lowe filed three lawsuits Monday against former household staffers. The actor claims a nanny tried to extort $1.5 million from him. Lowe also denies the nanny's claims she had a torrid affair with him.

As for the chef, Lowe accuses him of using the actor's bed to have sex while Lowe and his wife were away, of stealing prescription meds and overcharging the couple for food. The second nanny, Lowe says, spread "malicious lies" about both Lowe and his wife.
