TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Fashion Rocks," 8 p.m., CBS. Each year, this special celebrates Fashion Week in New York City by packing enormous music talent into two hours. This year's line-up has a couple of country people (Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride) and an Oscar-winner (Jennifer Hudson). It also has an extraordinary collection of rock and pop stars. That includes Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Fergie, Ludacris, Usher, Avril Lavigne, Fall Out Boy and Aerosmith. Jeremy Piven hosts.

"Kim Possible," noon to 6 a.m., Disney Channel, with new episode at 8 p.m. As school ends, Kim — the teen secret agent — reassures her friend Ron: "Graduation is not the end of the world." Except, it might be. Aliens kidnap her. She must join with Ron, Drakken and Shego, to save the Earth. That's in this cartoon's new episode, surrounded by reruns.

OF NOTE

"Presumed Innocent" (1990), 3:30 p.m., FX; or "Hollywood Homicide" (2003), 7 p.m., Fox. Take your choice of Harrison Ford films here. The first is an extraordinarily smart tale from a Scott Turlow novel, with Ford as a prosecutor whose sexual fling leads to a murder rap. The second is light and fairly pleasant, with Ford as a tired cop; he's also trying to sell houses and his colleague (Josh Hartnett) is trying to become an actor.

"Dog Whisperer" season opener, 5 p.m., National Geographic Channel. An apartment complex in North Hollywood is dog-friendly — but none of the dogs are friendly to each other. Cesar Millan shows how to calm them. That's in one of two episodes; neither is of much interest to anyone who doesn't have a snippy dog.

"Jericho," 7 p.m., CBS. This show nudges ahead an hour, to make room for the rock special. Tonight, Jake and Eric are in jail and tension is boiling between their town and New Bern.

"Lucy Must Be Traded, Charlie Brown," 7:30 p.m., ABC. Some of the late Charles Schulz's baseball-oriented "Peanuts" strips were used as ideas for this 2003 cartoon. Lucy is such a detriment that Charlie is urged to trade her.

"Las Vegas," 8 p.m., NBC. In this rerun, the company picnic goes on, despite tragedy. Los Lonely Boys perform.

"Law & Order: SVU," 9 p.m., NBC. A dying man wants to confess to a crime. Stabler figures it may have happened 47 years ago.
