The Hawai'i Island United Nations Association USA and University of Hawai'i-Hilo Student Association are presenting a forum tonight called "What Is Happening Really in Iraq."

The event will be at 7 p.m. in UHH University Classroom Building's Room 100.

The main speaker will be Stafford Clarry, who serves as humanitarian affairs adviser to the prime minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government. Iraqi Kurdistan is an autonomous region in northern Iraq.

Clarry is a former staff member of the United Nations in Baghdad — and a former Hilo resident.
