The Honolulu Gay & Lesbian Cultural Foundation, presenter of the annual Honolulu Rainbow Film Festival, is seeking entries for the key visual design that best represents the event.

The next one, the 19th annual, will be held Memorial Day weekend 2008.

Designs should convey the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender focus of the festival and suggest the Honolulu venue of the event. For details or an entry form, call Sidney Louie at 372-5315.

Professional, amateur or student artists or graphic artists may enter. The winner, to be elected in January, wins a cash prize of $300, as well as two all-access Ali'i festival passes for the 2008 festival, valued at $100.

Admission deadline is Dec. 31, and entries should be accompanied by a formal application including the image in a color proof and on a digital file on CD-rom.
